About Me

From old School to New School
Thats what Gittens has dedicated himself to. With hard work, Terrence Gittens has completed the first stage of his career, which promises to be one of the many spectacular careers in the entertainment business.
In 1990, Gittens began his career in the industry as Road Manager for True Blue Productions, a management company based in Brooklyn, N.Y. Touring with the likes of Chubb Rock and Special Ed, Gittens quickly proved his management skills to the company. Terrence was moved to the front office and promoted to Director of Artist Development. With a new title and more responsibilities, Gittens and the company continued to grow into a booming artist roster. Terrence has signed numerous groups including Poor Righteous Teachers, Super Lover Cee & Casanova Rudd, to help further there careers.
In 1994, True Blue began to venture into areas other than music. At this point, Gittens began working with a family of talented young men called Full Force. They worked with such artists as Lisa, Lisa & Cult Jam, Cheryl Pepsi Riley, Lil Kim, 3LW, Nsync, and the Backstreet Boys, just to name a few. Gittens became an essential part of the growth of Forceful Enterprises, which is when he was named Director of A&R.
For four years the young executive worked hard at Forceful Enterprises and via Full Forces lucrative publishing house, Gittens learned the publishing sector of the music industry as well. In 1995, the company decided to branch out into television and film. In doing so, Gittens responsibilities grew where he was named Vice President of Operations for Forceful Enterprises, Inc.
I was feeling the excitement of working with a company that seemed to have unlimited potential in the industry, Gittens remembered.
Terrence Gittens realized the key to his dream lay not in the potential of the company he worked for, but in his own ability to become a major force in the entertainment industry. With this feeling of confidence, Gittens made a major choice and decided to start his own company Second II None Entertainment.
