About Me
Supporting environmental and social causes through independent culture is what brought Potential’s design duo and owners together. Kimberly Robertson and Tricia Hoke work from a studio space above a gallery in the established Sante Fe arts district located in the heart of Denver, Co. Here they showcase their clothing as art pieces and bring together other local designers, musicians and artists for fashion shows and events.Potential Fashions strives to create recycled clothing that is stylish, unique, and fashion forward. We focus on the cut and fit of each piece by deconstructing and reconstructing the cast off items into manageable fabrics and patterns. This process allows each item of clothing to maintain its one-of-a-kind status yet can still be produced in multiples…a concept that Potential Fashions is excited to contribute to the world of fashion. Recycled fur, leather, denim, cashmere, jersey, cotton, silk, etc…You name it, we probably recycle it. Our ready-to-wear collection focuses on easy, stylish pieces that can be mixed and matched with basics in any wardrobe. The custom couture collection is predominantly runway one-offs and inspiration pieces that are available thru custom order.Recently honored by Fashion Group International Denver chapter in their bi-annual Rising Star fashion show, Potential Fashions is at the forefront of this exciting new development in the fashion industry, and is helping set the standards for recycled design.
