Hello, My name is Hunley. I am 42 Years old. I have been married for 11 years. I am a volunteer firefighter and jr. firefighter coordinator very proud of it. In the short time I have been in the department I have met and made new friends. The Westwego Fire Department to me is like a family. I see some people get along great and others not too good, but in the long run we all care about one another just as a family would. I am very proud to be part of this family. Another love I have is bowling. Although I haven't bowled since Katrina Took out the bowling alley, I am still itching to roll my balls.LOL I have one 300 game under my belt and want to keep trying for more. I am a former auto mechanic of about 13 years. I decided to get away from this line of work. (burn out) Now I work at a door company. I am in charge of prepping the doors for the nailers who put the doors and frames together. Simple work for decent pay. Can't complain. I am trying to become a paid firefighter. When I do get hired though, I will still volunteer when not on duty. I am having a blast being in the department and wouldn't give it up for the world. Well thats is . Simple huh.
