Born in Oakland, California 1964, I moved to the Muscle Shoals area in 1997 to expand my musical horizons.
I began studying piano at the age of 5, guitar at 10, bass and Drums/percussion at 13. It's not just a hobby as with some, but a way of Life for me. Not too many things in Life I've been doing longer. I've performed with Muscle Shoals legends Junior Lowe, Bobby Hood, Jimmy 'Be Bop' Evans, Zac Hacker, Amanda Brewer, Alicia Elliot, and many other top pro's in the area. Too many to mention them all here and now. I've had the priveledge of opening for T. Graham Brown, and Ricochet. Recorded with the late Susan Welborn ,Barry Billings, Katie Cashion Crane, Roger Hawkins, and Ronnie McDowell Jr. to name a few.
And being no stranger to the studio, I have the pure enjoyment of recording at FAME, MSMM, Lee Daily's, and at Pat Holts' on Nashvilles' Music Row, as well as assorted studios in California's San Francisco Bay area. I am a proud Father of 3 wonderful boys that love to drive me nuts from morning to night like ONLY they can.I'm currently taking a little time off from gigging to raise my kids and put my home/project studio together but will be back out loud and proud in the near future once again.
