He didn't realize that he was grooming himself for an extensive career in show business. By performing in talent shows, plays, even writing material for other artists, Mahollow soon realized his niche was more powerful than he expected. Although he had been singing in various showcases since an early age, Mahollow got his first taste of the entertainment world as a freshman, when he landed the lead role in the classic stage play "Bye Bye Birdie" while attending Forest Park High School.
