Originally from Long Island, New York, I have been a resident of Florida since 1969, a resident of Tampa since 1991, and currently live in Land O’Lakes.I have over 35 years of sales management and training experience and spent five years as a business analyst and management consultant. For ten years, I owned and operated a large multi-office corporate travel agency.I Entered Real Estate business in 1993 and am a licensed Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Instructor. I operated my own Real Estate License School from 1996 until 2000.In January 2000 I became a national seminar speaker for Homeseekers.com traveling the U.S. and doing over 250 seminars on internet marketing for Realtors.In January of 2004, I established Action 100 Realty, a full service real estate brokerage doing residential, commercial, and property management. In addition to my real estate sales activities, in 2006 I started Anderson Training Institute to provide consulting services and on-going training to real estate agents and brokers. Part of this entails writing, editing, and updating state approved real estate pre-license and post-license textbooks for other real estate schools.I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, Real Estate Cyberspace Society, GTAR Professional Development Committee and Real Estate Educators Association.I hold the real estate designations of PME (Property Marketing Expert), RECS (Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist), and CPMS (Certified Property Management Specialist)For many years I have been heavily involved in my community. I have served five times as President of various Kiwanis Clubs. I am currently "Distinguished Club Secretary" of the Carrollwood Kiwanis Club and a "Kiwanis Legion of Honor" member. I am a Member of Toastmasters International and hold the ATMS and CL designations. I am Past President of the Jose Gaspar Club in Tampa and past Area 6 Governor.
