The first to rock the nation on the road, inspiring hundreds of bands, and teaching the British how noise annoys. The first new American group of the decade to kick the smug, yellow-bellied shit out of 60s superstar aristocracy running on cocaine-and-caviar autopilot.The RAMONES were rock and rolls most reliable great night out for nearly a quarter of a century, and BLITZKRIEG BRATS wants to keep that spirit alive

The leather jackets, ripped jeans, attitude, volume, and 1-2-3-4 are all in place. Not only are the obvious in order. The delivery of RAMONES music by the BLITZKRIEG BRATS is genuine and unmatched by any other tribute to the kings of punk. The members of the BLITZKRIEG BRATS come from the right place. That place is the underground scene. This isnt a tribute band where they held auditions. This is a tribute band of life long friends who have been playing together at various times since most of them started playing in bands, period. The music of the RAMONES is important to them, and it comes across in the performance.The turnout and response to the BRATS has been overwhelming. From the casual fan to the life-long, no one leaves disappointed.
The set that the BLITZKRIEG BRATS perform is a mix of RAMONES classics from 1976-1989. They are constantly fine-tuning the set and switching songs in and out to keep things fresh.
