About Me

I'm a 32 year old man who enjoys swimming, snorkeling, traveling, fine dining, good Cabernet and a crisp Chardonnay. I consider myself to be a real estate "nerd" and enjoy reading magazines like Urban Land, Metropolitan Homes, Financial Times, Dwell and I'm currently reading a great book called Complicity.I've been living in Philadelphia for the past 6 years and I'm loving the good changes I've lived through in this great city. Although, I must admit, I'm still a Red Sox fan and I miss hanging out around the Back Bay and the Boston Common. Right now I work with community groups on designing and building equitable developments in the city of Philadelphia. I also work in real estate brokerage. Enough about me... your turn!

My Interests

Oh..I love to swim..anything outdoors..tennis..working out.. hanging out with good people...meeting smart individuals and sharing dreams and aspirations. A game of Chess and a black label would work too.

Dubai Waterfront Promotional Video

The Dubai Waterfront is the largest waterfront development in the world. The project is a conglomeration of canals and islands studded with luxury hotels and homes. It is expected to house 400,000 people and transform the last stretch of Dubai's undeveloped Gulf seashore. New to Dubai real estate, the project is open to foreign investment with its developer, Nakheel, owning a 51% stake. It will consist of 170 square miles of water and land developments, an area two-and-a-half times the size of Washington, D.C.
