I have been doing some research on the internet seeking truth about 9/11 and the Bush Administration. The love for my children and their future has motivated me to get the truth out about our gov't. We've been ignorant to all that's been going on around us. We think that by ignoring it, it will go away. It's the complete opposite. While we continue our lives people are dying in a war based on lies. Our gov't tries to pass bills and laws that are stripping us of our civil rights little by little. Case in point, the Patriot Act and the Military Commissions Act of 2006! The majority of our senate voted yes to House Resolution 6166 aka Military Commissions Act of 2006 which suspends Habeus Corpus and nullifies 9 out of the first 10 Amendments of our constitution. The media is even controlled in what it shows. It's not giving us the complete truth about what's going on. Our best source for getting information is the internet. It is important that the internet remains as it currently is. That's why I support Net Neutrality. If our countries administration conitnues on the path they are on, our nation will be headed into a nation of fascism. What we are doing in IRAQ is Genocide. All these years in WAR and no weapons of mass destruction have been found. Remember, that is what was beat into our heads by the media and our president along with his administration as to why we had to go to war with Iraq. Our dollar is being over produced and devalued right before our eyes. This nation is being drowned in debt! We are funding wars abroad, bailing out irresponsible corporations with money we don't have. Who will pay for this debt? You will, your grandchildren and their grandchildren, and so on. The Federal Reserve is a private institution run by a private group of investors looking to profit off the American people. Want to know what's going on in the house of Congress? You know that boring channel C-SPAN, well, that's where all the Bills and laws being voted on is televised. Laws that will affect us all, budget cuts, program cuts that assist low income families. But we're too busy watching unimportant TV Shows and depending on media (which is being manipulated) to fill us in on what's going on. Our phones have been illegally wiretapped, the president has been caught lying, I've seen the videos! I watched a video of our president addressing the nation and when a reporter asked what IRAQ had to do with 9/11. Bush answered, "IRAQ had nothing to do w/ 9/11!! That is freakin insane! But yet we are there fighting the "war on terror". Everyone can make a difference in their own way. I've learned that you have to question authority. Don't just believe everything you are told. Ask questions, demand answers, demand accountability. Don't ignore what is going on around you, put in your part. We're allowing big companies and government way too much control over our lives with barely any consequences when they screw up. We have been witnessing massive recalls of toys for our children toxic w/ high levels of lead, meat contaminted with E. Coli, prescription drugs being recalled for doing more harm than good, after Big Pharma has made its profits, vaccines being given to our children that still contain Thimerisol (mercury preservative). For those of you who don't know, Mercury is a neurotoxin. Yes, the Flu vaccine still contains Thimerisol, unless you request for a Thimerisol free vaccine. Why, because it's more profitable for Big Pharma to have the vaccine produced with the mercury preservative. How bad does it have to get before people start having a reaction on a massive scale to demand change? This is a start for me, spreading the word, raising awareness and sending letters to my representatives. Our future and our kids future is at stake, we can't lay back and act like the corruption is going to disappear. Please be responsible citizens and help in molding our future to be that of a true free nation, of the people, for the people, and by the people that upholds the constitution!
