When I was in the thrid grade I talked my mom into letting me take rock drum lessons because I wanted to be the drummer for KISS. About two years later I realised I did not want to be contained by the drum set and wanted to be out front. I began playing 6 string guitar then as well as bass and some piano. I love music and I love making music. Sometimes I think its all I know in life. I played in a few metal bands in the seacoast area for years and then "retired" from the scene for a few thinking foolishly that I could leave the music life behind. A few years of "seclusion" and wasted time was all I could take. Sometime in the summer of 2002 I began to re-immerse myself in what I truely love and have been doing it since. For years I had hair down past my ass and about six inches of goatee on my chin. I've keep it short and some shade of red the last few years and shave regularly. I still find it funny when people I've know from the past stand beside me and don't recognise me, but I do like it.
All that said some of the things I really like are playing the guitar, making music, jamming with the band Two Sided Season, jamming with my friends, GIGS, hanging out with friends and having fun times, going to shows and watching bands rock out, taking photos of the world I see, recording riffs and crafting ideas into songs, relaxing with a couple beers from time to time, enjoying the intertwined paths that myself and the people I know and love travel on ...
Daily I get up, work, hang with friends, jam with band, cook, eat, sleep and dream.
I'm also into snowboarding, mt. biking, hiking, rock climbing, museums, movie theaters, coffee shops, I like to cook, I love live music DVD's, unfiltered wheat ales, good beers, new release DVD's, music that rocks!, my cats, Tim Burton films, Anne Rice novels, scary movies, current events, looking at the stars at night, I work 5 days a week, sleep when I can, ... and play guitar ...
I play in the New England area band Two Sided Season. Practicing, playing out, promoting, being my own roadie and guitar technician, graphic designing, sound editing, photo/video editing, and working take up a good part of my time. I like to hang with my good friends relax and have fun. I love to go out and see live rock/metal music and I am usually ready to travel to the rockin' clubs around New England especially to support the local scene and all its great musicians. Life is for fun so why not have some ;) play guitar ...
