"I was really impressed with the song writing and the live performances - that's why we rated them in the top 10 bands on the Montreal scene." - Too Tall, Montreal Chom FM DJ.
"There are fantastic post punk nuances in the song writing and music. Hints of the Police and Duran Duran, and all within a unique style of thier own. They're in the same cut as some of the current great bands like Keane, and the Dears. And with tracks recorded live off the floor, you know m'goo is a safe live bet." - Natalie Darbyson, Music Journalist, Montreal.
Having played to crowds upwards of 15,000 as a soloist with the MJC, and sold out shows in Montreal, m'goo finds himself as an eclectic and connectable artist. Feedback on his myspace, gives him a unique sound: funky, but with an intimate and sexy character to his voice. Its a sound that translates well live, either intimately as in the Montreal Jazz Festival, or to larger audiences.
But... at the end of the day, its all about "digging in" and the music. Have a listen to the tunes, and post a feedback if it brings something to you.
m'goo IS CURRENTLY BASED OUT OF ENGLAND
