This is The Lid's Marketing Team. We are currently looking for fun and outgoing people all over the world who want to be a part of the growing network of die-hard Lid fans and who want to help promote the band and their music.
As a member of The Lid's Marketing Team it will be your job to turn as many people on to the band as possible. This will be done through word of mouth, flyering, online campaigns and any other brilliant methods you/we come up with. You will also serve as the bands eyes and ears. If you hear of any big shows/festivals that you think The Lid should get in on, tell them about it. Do you have some connections in the music industry that could help the band? Let them know! Your help will be absolutely invaluable to the band. If you really believe that The Lid is something special, they need your support and they want you to be part of the team.
So... what the hell do you get out of this deal, you ask? Unfortunately since the band is broke as a joke they won't be able to compensate you with money. You will be volunteering your time. But, you will have more personal access to the band than the average joe. You'll be the first to hear about any big news, tour dates, album releases and other stuff because you'll be right there in the middle of the action. You will also be able to get in free to certain shows. There will also be other benefits (maybe some t-shirts, free CD's, etc) once the band figures that stuff out. You can be sure they'll treat you right though and they will show their appreciation for your efforts.
