About Me

I'm Dave. I'm a husband, a son, a younger brother, an older brother, an uncle, a friend, a pupil, a mentor, a leader, a servent, a change-agent, a follower, a product of society, a combatant of structure...and who I am is more than 'what' I am. I feel like i've gone back to high school, when I would listen to Jim Croche and dive deeper than I was really able to go.I am a follower of the most profound man to ever walk this earth. In fact, that very man, Jesus, is the creator of all...yet He chose to be the servent of all. To be honest, I am disgusted by how difficult it is for me to truly live in light of these truths. Though I struggle myself, I have commited my life to leading others to Him. I love people too much to take the safe road of avoiding potential discomfort, in order to dangerously pursue a revelation of the eternally Great. I'm absolutely confident in the person and work of Jesus..., yet I am saddened and ashamed of the deeds of many of the people who've claimed to follow Him. In light of such a truth, i'm in pursuit of His true glory through seeing false perspectives broken down in order to unveil the real Jesus...the historical Jesus of the Bible. That's all for now...thanks for reading some of who I am.

Running to stand still

More is Less

"Gain" seems to generally be a blessing and a curse.  Perhaps it depends on the person who has found it.  Does 'he who has the most' really have the more than he who does not?  I rememb...
