About Me

___
I love Springtime! It gives me southerly breezes, blue skies, warm sunshine and a newness to everything. I am in the process of starting a new chapter in my life, Spring 2008 is a perfect time to start.
___
I am looking for more in life. More accomplishments, more money, more toys, more love. I have a lot to show for the first 25% of my life. I now want to find someone to share the rest of it with. I just don't know who. In time, I suppose.
___
I am a journalist. I love telling other people's stories, with their words. I never see the same thing twice, which keeps life interesting. I feel fortunate that I know things as they happen, and see them where they happen. I am the eyewitness for my viewers, and hold that very dear.
___
I live in a great place. I have a dream apartment 250 feet above a great part of a terrific city. Right now there's nowhere else I'd rather live.
___
I read quite a few blogs from other journalists. The Robert Report, beFrank, Lenslinger and News Blues are my faves, but I also like my blog, everWhise, at PaulHarrop.com

New Door

A new door was installed on our newsroom's exterior entrance this weekend. The old one was sticking, and the knob never worked right. It would creak and moan from old age with each use. The new, stee...
