About Me

I'm 27 years old. I live in Santa Rosa California and have many friends. I'm intellectual, random, warm hearted, a loyal friend, and adventurous. This year has seen many storms but I couldn't be any happier because it's all made me a strnger person. I enjoy a veriety of music, traveling, conversations about God, and reading a thought provoking book. I'm a student of the Word and want to understand the things of God on a deeper level. For me, being "a student of the Word" means being actively involved in a relationship with God. He has saved me from so much. I'm imperfect yet responsible, independent yet need my friends and family. I also enjoy good movies.

My Interests

listening to music, talking with friends, being there for friends in need, going to a good movie, Chatting, and did I mention lisitening to music? Also I am a somewhat prolific poetry writer. To read some of my poetry check out my blog.

I'd like to meet:

Heroes:

Too many to name, but here are just a few. Jesus Christ because without Him I don't know how I'd be able to deal with life. My dad because he's gone through a lot of hardships in his life, and he always amzes me how he never gives in to the odds... Dave Dravecky because of his honesty about what he's been through and how he is able to encourage others to get through their hurt. Gina.. I miss you Gina and can't wait to see you again in eternity. Jaci Velasquez because she's always been an insperation in my life through her music. My life was touched when she said in a magazine article that she went through depression. It was encouraging to hear that someone I have a lot of respect for has been there and knows what it's like. Anyone who goes thrugh adversity with character is a hero to me. Another hero is Joni Eareckson Tada. If you don't know who she is, please visit www.joniandfriends.org
