My name is John Lucas (Luke) Hawthorne. I was born in raised in Farmington New Mexico, its not all that exciting of a place but I have so many great memories and relationships from there. I love to snowboard, wakeboard, and dirtbike. I am Christian Rap Artist, part of the rap group Gospel Unit (check out our tracks or ask me for a cd). My stage name is SoulJah.(and no I did not steal my name from soulja boi, I had my name first!) The reason i chose that name is because in all honesty I am really nothing but a soldier for Christ Jesus. God gives me every bit of my talent and without him I would not be able to do what I do. I first came to have a relationship with Christ about 7 years ago. Since then my life has never been the same. Even though God has changed my life I am still human and I mess up and act like an idiot more often than not. I have hurt people and many times I have not shown the true image of Jesus in my words and actions. I just want to take the time to apologize to those of you who I have hurt or made doubt faith in Jesus. And if you happen to see me when im not living according to my beliefs, please tell me gently so that I may correct my mistakes.
