About Me

What up dudes. My name is Tabatha (as you know), I was born on the Sunny Side of Jersey and raised in San Diego. I currently live in Joplin, Mo. I left paradise to persue school out here in the Mid-West. The schools out here are great and I have a chance to "grow up" and make a name for myself. When I am not working (which is rather rare,) I am taking care of my dogs (Shep is six and Micah is two,) I hang out with the girls or chill at my house. I attend MSSU, and am planning on graduating in 2009 with a BA in Secondary Education, emphasis in History. I try my absolute best to live for the Lord, everyday is a up hill battle, but well worth the prize. I basically have MySpace to keep in touch with friends, so if I don't know you, and I Deny your sorry behind, let this be a warning, don't take it personal. My Interests

Spending time with family and friends. Going home to SoCal whenever I get a chance. Going out with friends to see a show, dancing (depends on the place,) chilling at StarBucks, Cheddars or Buffalo Wild Wings. I like to read. (Outside of text from class) I miss going to Shows in SoCal, that was the best!! Pretty much anything goes.

Music:

Mainly listen to Christian music (i.e Relient K, Seven Places, The Fray, Grits, Sanctus Real, Olivia the Band, Kutless, Hawk Nelson, P.O.D, Skillet, Falling Up, MxPx (Punk Rawk!!) Emery, etc,etc)The 80's rock! Bruce Springsteen stole my heart! John Cougar Mellencamp, Phil Collins, The Cure, Chicago, etc etc.Classical - Mozart.Swing - anything from the Rat Pack to Count Basie - I totally dig that jive!!Espanol Musica - salsa, anything that my momma has! Have to keep my culture alive! That includes: Celia Cruz, Oscar d'leon, Tito Puente, Willie Colon, and many more!

Movies:

Totally into anything that will make me laugh .. Dumb and Dumber rocks, anything to do with Adam Sandler I will watch. Of course I dig chic-flicks ... Kind of into "edge of your seat" action packed flicks, but not so much. I like to watch documentaries on WWII, I love history!

Television:

Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, Bill Cosby Show, Oprah, Reno 911, SNL, Friends, Becker, King of the Hill, The Peoples Court, M.A.S.H, Ellen, Malcom in the Middle, Scrubs, and many, many more!

Books:

Bible (of course), favorite author: Tobias Wolff, I like to read non-fiction novels, memoirs and anything to do with U.S History, etc.
