Rush VideoSigma Pi was founded in 1897 at Vincennes University in Vincennes, Indiana and came to Long Beach State in 1955. Over the past 52 years, we have proved to be one of the top organizations on campus. Out of the 7 nationally recognized fraternities at CSULB, Sigma Pi has been on campus the longest and is the biggest fraternity, with 84 active members. This past year, we initiated 45 new members and plan to have a chapter of over 100 men after fall 2007 rush. We have just concluded a very successful year, winning the IFC basketball championship and Alpha Phi's "Mr. Heartthrob" philanthropy event to name a few of our accomplishments.
