I am here for Dating and Friends

About Me

I make a very poor woman and I'd make an ever worse girlfriend. Guys who have the white horse sydrome can go ride off into the sunset now and perhaps they will find a princess. Not to say I do no have my weaknessess and faults, for those are too many to name and I do have some things to get done this afternoon. The things is I'd prefer someone to come have Adventures with me then someone to save me. The only thing I need saving from is the mundane (that FOUL state of mind!! Oh, how I hate it!)

Some people are "in the box" and some think "outside of the box". I am one who is pounding on the box, begging to get in.

I'm really not concerned with everyone understanding me. What seems to be more important is why I can't understand anyone else.

I'm not fond of cuddly-fuzzelwees and mushy shit, and if I do show you physical affection it means more than people credit it. I do hope you know how I much it means when I do give you a strong embrace and stroke your hair gently. These things are not given in great quantities.

Now for the things I AM:

I am most frightfully fond of the Greenhouse Effect. It is my favorite place to be in the world. I love smoking cigarettes, I do it because I enjoy it, though probably not much longer as winter is settling in. I am fond of Neil Gaiman and in the spirit of good sportsmanship, I should warn him that I have a marriage sack (ala Borat) if he does ever make the grievous mistake of coming to Utah. Feel free to warn him, I doubt he'll read this.

I'm very fond of Lewis Carrol, especially the Hunting of the Snark (read it aloud even when alone, you'll enjoy it more) and both Alice books. I have a very special place in my heart for Rudyard Kipling and his "Just So" stories. I love comics but rarely the people who love them back. I have a life outside of them, for which I am not grateful. I'd rather be a character than a white american teenager (19) living in the middle of nowhere and doing next to nothing.

My dreams are even bigger than me (6' 2'') and I dote upon my dear darling kitten, Morpheous. I love meeting new people and then never meeting again. Social one night stands have become a favorite. I am fond of coffee at Denny's, 2 am preferablly, and scribbling notes about quantum physics at the same time.

I love drawing and designing clothing, writing and reading, exercise (but only if it cleverly disguises itself as a competetive game), walking after midnight, my new hat I found at a charity store, and being almost bald on account of my facination with the feeling of shaven hair.
Pretty damned obsessed with movies. REPO: The Genetic Opera is my favorite, then Hedwig and the Angry Inch. I love terrible old B-movies with blood that is cleary chocolate syrup, and I want to see Louise Brook's movies before I turn 20 and/or die.

Music is delightful and I am full of songs. I am a human Ipod and requests are taken. The soundtrack to my life at the moment sounds like The Creature's Anima Animus, the B52's, and that one song, Mr. Punch by the Future Bible Heros, off of the compilation album, "Where's Neil When You Need Him?".

There quite enough about myself for the moment. What about you?

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Someone who can keep up with me. I do have a rule I should post: under 25, we're just friends, over 35, you have to pay me. Simple? There are a few exceptions, though, and YOU all know who you are. The end.

My Blog

Anti-girl-culture, Pro-female!

Someone, who I have deemed quite wise on this subject, said that guys are friends until they become enemies, girls are enemies until they become friends.    Girl politics are something not many peop...
