About Me

My second time skiing this year was better than the first. It was F'ING FREEZING! It was alright as long as I kept moving, but when gliding to the lift or riding on the lift was really cold.The ski trip was a good break in for my new car. Thats right, a new car. Ok so its got 30000 miles, but its new to me. I love my silver 2006 Impala.

My Interests

My winters are usually spent skiing. So far I have skied Aspen Mtn, CO; Breckenridge, CO; Vail, CO; Copper Mtn, CO; Snowmass, CO; Keystone, CO; Killingon, VT; Heavenly, CA/NV; Kirkwood, CA; Whistler/Blackcomb, BC, Canada; and various Michigan hills, my favorite place in state is Boyne Mtn, MI. Spring summer and fall I kayak, wakeboard, and grill. All year long I brew beer (when I'm not being lazy).

I'd like to meet:

Fun people who have good stories to tell. There is nothing better than hanging out and trading stories. Especially if you can do it after a day of making new ones.

Music:

I love music. I have pretty eclectic tastes. In my collection I have Rap, Rock, Country, Polka, Irish, German, Standards and Blues CDs and Albums. Yes you read correctly. I have a decent collection of vinyl.My favorite two bands are Jimmy Buffett, and Domestic Problems. If there is a concert in the area for either of these two i will go out of my way to find tickets.

Movies:

My favorites are; Out Cold, Kentucky Fried Movie, Harlem Nights, The Usual Suspects, Super Troopers, Anything by Kevin Smith (except Jersey Girl, I never saw that one), Office Space, Sin City..... Ok the list goes on and on. If its comedy or action, I'm in. I also LOVE ski movies. I have a few Warren Miller films, and a couple of others. There is nothing better than watching ski movies and drinking beers the night before skiing.

Television:

SUPERBOWL IN HD!!!! Now if only they would put Curling on in HD, I dont know if I would ever leave the house.

My heros are those who have found a way to make a living doing what they truly love to do. I hope to be among the likes of these people one day and get paid to do what it is that I was going to do anyway.
