Basically ive recently been through a lot of crazy life altering shit and have reinvented myself and am now devoted to making myself the best i can possibly be in all aspects of my life. Im all about constantly learning and utilizing any and all information i can find on training and nutrition especially when it comes to Mixed Martial Arts. I train at the Hanover Academy of MMA and am currently preparing for my first amateur fight.
