A major catalyst for change in me has been Margaret Becker's latest book, "Coming Up For Air" (CUFA).
I'll buy the book for you or loan a copy to you, i'm that serious about this book!! She talks about her journey of transitioning from full time "recording artist" to singer, songwriter, producer, speaker, and reconnecting with the people and things that are important to her. The way the books is written made me feel like i was right there with her through this process. I also attended a CUFA "Anti Conference" which has connected me with an awesome group of women and men from all over the country.

I love the color ORANGE I like all kinds of music....... lately electronica in all its glorious forms and local (NW) indie bands but i am open to listening to just about anything these days :) i love sharks
i expect communication, respect, truth, & honesty from the people i know and i am trying do the same. If i do something that bugs or hurts you, call me on my crap! i would rather hear the truth! If my feelings are hurt for a few minutes, so what! i'll get over it and i will still know the truth.
