Money Bagz Entertainment - SeanJohn(Sean McCray) proves that behind every rapper there is a great producer. You can also say that, behind every great producer stands a great rapper. As one of two resident producers within the Money Bagz Entertainment camp, SeanJohn seeks to set the world ablaze with a new sound and style as both rapper and producer.His aggressive flow and delivery can be contributed to his serious dedication of studying his craft. He started by riding in the car free styling and writing to beats played on the CD player. SeanJohn’s main love is production.“I had been serious with rapping for only about 4 months, and after my first time being in a studio since Dunbar Vocational H.S, I knew I wanted to do this professionally,†he says. “Mat Iecberger an associate of mine was at the time roommates with Chuck English, of the Cool Kids. This was before I learned to produce, but long story short he was an influence for me to start producing beats myself. I bought Pro-tools, FL Studio, and Reason Adapted and the rest is history†he adds.SeanJohn met co-founder and label owner BB first. From their initial meeting, they clicked and realized they have some of the same goals and visions to be forces in the music industry. His relocation from the Bronzeville area to the Southeast side was a transition that opened up the door to Money Bagz Entertainment.Being a rapper is second to production - which is first. For SeanJohn and his partnership with Money Bagz Entertainment spawned his own company Gutta Productions. This production house will serve as the center of all beats for the label and artists looking for another component.“This is another facet of the industry that I am involved in. Basically get myself out here and make connections,†he explains.Influences that shape his sound and style vary from Southerne Soul to Pop'.
