I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I'm me.....I first became a fitness trainer with International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) in 1996 at the age of 18 while still a high school athlete. As a fitness trainer at Ironbound Gym in Williamsburg, Virginia, I guided high school athletes, competing NPC bodybuilders, and individuals who simply wanted to be healthier, through proper lifestyle style changes that included everything from daily nutrition to exercise regimens. In 1998, I moved to Orlando, Florida to work in the television and film industry. After six years on the set and behind the cameras, I realized that this was not the lifestyle suited for me. As a result, I decided to go back to what truly made me happy, personal training. My first step in achieving my dream of working in the health and fitness industry was to obtain a Master Personal Training Certificate from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) in Orlando, Florida. Here I finished in the top 5 percent of my class. Secondly, I was determined in becoming a Certified Fitness Trainer by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) once again. Then in August 2005, I moved to Naples, Florida to start Body Crafters Inc. I currently perform the majority of my training at Planet Fitness (239-417-1010) in East Naples. As a final note, for the past twelve years, My clientele widely ranges from competing bodybuilders to high school athletes to post-surgery patients. I have extensive knowledge in circuit training, small group training, and agility and speed training. My background of sport specific strength training includes volleyball, basketball, football, golf, and track. I also runs a fitness boot camp and speed camp at Fleischman Park. In addition to a great background in fitness, I am greatly knowledgeable of dietary supplements and nutrition.
