I'm married to a wonderful man, who loves me enough to accept that I am sick (more often than not) and may not always have the house clean and food on the table when he gets home. He does more to help me than any man I know. Yes, he does the dishes, bathes the kids and even cooks a little and he's all mine :-)I have 2 beautiful children that I would do anything for. I love doing anything that involves spending time as a family. We joined the Audubon Nature Institute nearly a year ago and I'm looking forward to being a member for another year. The kids have really enjoyed it, and have been learning a lot too.I have decided to home-school Amber this year, which is definitely turning out to be the adventure I had expected. I'm not completely prepared, but I jumped in head first and I'll learn from any mistakes I make along the way. I'm hoping to make learning a fun experience for her. Being able to go at our own pace has made things much easier. Children tend to get left behind in school because they are more worried about the big picture (test scores), not each child's learning.Logan is in pre-school this year. He has been doing well and I have workbooks for him as well. He loves to do work with his big sister while he's at home. I may just keep them both home next year.
