Tank is the personal music medium of Christophe Mevel, a young fresh fellow from France who has been releasing his music for 9 years for some of the most influential independent labels of Europe (Earworm, Diesel Combustible Recordings, Noise Museum, Rocket Racer, Pop Art). Although his point of departure is kraut-rock, he does not stay intoned with the heritage of groups like Neu! And Can, but also enriches his music from modern electronic and ambient music, always keeping his melodies as a top priority in his sound.
2006 : The new album, to be released this spring is one of the most important kraut-rock stations of the new merguez millennium.
