W.I.M. Inc. W.I.M. Inc. . Denarika began singing as a young child by joining the church choir 1st in Miami, FL. She then moved on to enter and win her first talent show at the age of twelve. Since that contest she has performed and been recognized throughout the metro area of Miami for her sultry singing voice. Her talent was cultivated and showcased at best when she toured the east coast with the Concert Chorale of Bethune-Cookman College. During this time, Denarika sang with and/or for artists such as Lou Rawls, Ray Charles, along with the U.N.C.F. choir, and many more.Since moving to Atlanta in 1995, she has done background vocals for several upcoming artists, sang in gospel groups, and at events/venues around the city. She also won a KMA award for Best Pop Singer for the State of Georgia in 2004. Today you can find her singing on an open mic night at places like Apache Café, Brewsters and more.Youll find that Denarika's extensive experience in delivering electrifying performances, has prepared her to write and arrange her dynamic debut album Bitter Sweet Moments.
