About Me

OnLok Music and Entertainment, Inc. is developing the musical products for distribution and managing several Bay Artist's set to make major impacts in the music industry. The OnLok sound will be unique because of the proactive nature of the artist the management team and the strategic alliances. OnLok will look to break new ground with its musical composers, and production team.OnLok's services will be to support the artist and the products produced. The first musical product will be a compilation of local artist to get the name and the sound out to the masses.The initial research and development in time and effort at OnLok Music and Entertainment, Inc. has been spent networking with industry insiders for the past 5 years and assessing the marketplace. During this phase OnLok Music and Entertainment, Inc. spent approximately 80% of the research time listening to and discussing trade secrets with music insiders and at entertainment gatherings hosting and attending industry events.The process used to produce music and entertainment will be a mix or recorded music, live concerts and pre-packaged entertainment. The key factors will be to ensure talented artist are recruited and signed to contractual obligations or create a label situation that will put the artists in a highly visable position. The next major factor will be to ensure studio time is allocated so that all products are completed within timelines and within budget. CD's other forms for media will be assembled locally and distributed globally to various media outlets with a set geographic region. Support all OnLok activities and events Board of DirectorsOnLok Music and Entertainment, Inc. will create a management structure that has a Board of Directors. Board Members will include Lonnie Spieght, and Ken Gormann and several others with a vested interest in the success of OnLok Music and Entertainment, Inc. This is an informal business partnership that will only serve as a limited partnership. Both are University of Phoenix professors that have many years of management expertise in company strategic guidance. The Board of Directors will be helping guide the company revenue and growth projections for the foreseeable future.Strategic AlliancesOnLok Music and Entertainment, Inc. will seek many strategic alliances with companies with a vested interest in the success of OnLok Music and Entertainment, Inc.
