After a year past he went on to do promotions for Columbia and Universal Records. During his time over there he returned back to Bad Boy and got a postion as A&R Assistant. Working tirelessly and spending countless hours in the recording studio AL. PAPER$ honed his ear and skills for music to elevated levels. AL. PAPER$ also has several projects under his belt such as:(Double-Up), Mase (Forever), Puff Daddy (LifeStory), Black Rob (Emotional), Carl Thomas (The Saga Continues), P. Diddy & The Bad Boy Family (Child Of The Ghetto), G.Dep (We Invented The Remix),Puff Daddy & Bad Boy Records Presents (LoON), LoON (No Friends), LoON (Wiz Of Harlem), LoON Now currently working for former Bad Boy Recording artist LoON as Senior Vice President Of A&R for LoON's new record label REVOLT ENTERTAINMENT.
