Biking (bicycling), traditional martial arts, travel, doing things I've never done, seeing things I've never seen, tasting things I've never tasted, and occasionally, doing it all again.

A little of everything. Some of my favorites include the Pogues, The Bouncing Souls, Flogging Molly, Johnny Cash. I also like anything that makes me think of another time and place, and any unique and traditional culture music that helps tells the story of a people.
I'm a fan of shows with excellent character acting (usually comedic) such as Scrubs, That 70s Show, etc... I also enjoy watching Mountaineer and Steeler football, and Pirates baseball.
