I'm a mellow guy, born and raised on Kauai. I work to conserve and preserve the native plants of hawaii, and get to travel throughout the islands to work with different endangered species. I enjoy watching the world around me, sometimes it's the clouds, animals, plants, waves or other people. I travel as often as I can, out of the country if possible but I enjoy getting away while in my back yard as well. I tend to be very interested in various activities (anything from hunting pig to medical exercises) and so I am usually pretty busy. As busy as I am, I try to live a simple life, where it is more important to take care of the next person than to worry about myself. Being from Kauai I think that it is important to recognize the value in preservation of our resorces, be it wilderness, culture or our land for generations to come. I Practice Qi Gong, which keeps me connected with many different generations. I can not help but melt a little when the aunties (some of whom are 60-70+) come in and practice the exercises with me. we smile together and feel great. I am stoked because they also love to feed me (they make me all kinds of treats). I'm a gregarious animal so drop me a line if you'd like. AIM= justabionerd
