I had a problem that took a long time to troubleshoot and my processor exceeded the RMA period. I called the support line and Fernando was awesome. Not only did he work hard to get authorization for a return, he called me personally to let me know. Also my replacement CPU was cross-shipped so I got it replaced in record time. Thanks ClubIT! Purchased a western digital cavier se16 hard drive for very cheap price, extremely fast shipping, says 5-7 days however always arrive at my house like around 3-4 days!!! Products are nicely wrapped and worked like a charm

I have ordered from ClubIT 3 times and have had nothing but good experiences with them. One motherboard had problems. They replaced it quickly. I still experienced the same problems. (The motherboard is a P5N32-SLI SE Deluxe from Asus, whose products I've not had any problems with in the past) When I checked with Asus Forum, many others were experiencing the same problem. ClubIT allowed me to exchange the motherboard for a model by another manufacturer. No onions from me, only pearls. Thanks! Edd

Spoke with Fernando regarding a Return that was needed for my Asus mobo, and it was technically a few days past the 30 day period. I explained that I just finally had the opportunity to install and the board was defective. He told me that he would take care of me and he agreed to still allow the return. Well, I used to think only Newegg offered such service, but I have to say that it looks like now they have some healthy competition!!! :-)

I had andorder which I had paid extra for 2 day shipping. Unfortunately no one was available on the day it came. However I had mistakenly followed another tracking number which said it was shipped fed ex ground. I was wrongly upset, but ClubIT went ahead and refunded the extra shipping without any obligation on their part. I feel rather bad about the situation, but it does show that ClubIT does really care about customer service. I would definitely shop here again and apoligize for my wrong accusaation. thank you, Kevin Kern

Purchased my DDR2 900 OCZ EPP Plat. RAM along with a couple other things from ClubIT, and got it in a flash. Was the only place that had the RAM in stock. Shipping was quick, service was great.
