Beverly grew up in Junction TX..... the Hill Country. Much like Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn, Bev and her little sister spent their days exploring the hills and the north and south Llano rivers as a kid. Setting trotlines and going to the deerlease often superceded playing with Barbies and dolls in the Junction summer heat. Round 1996, Bev and her family moved to San Marcos, TX. As a freshman she began singing mariachi music at the local high school. Five years of mariachi music included fellow band mates Star de Azlan of Curb Records and Sterling Finlay son of Kent Finlay. Well meeting Sterling and Kent led to her introduction of the Cheatham Street Warehouse and the Monday nite Ace in the Hole jams. At these jam sessions, Bev sang her first country tune ever in front of a live audience. ( Your Cheatin Heart --Hank Williams) She had the opportunity to share the stage with members of bands such as George Strait, Pat Green, Cory Morrow, Kevin Fowler, Asleep at the Wheel, Randy Rogers and many more. Well singing led to writing, writing led to playing the guitar a little and then she couldn't turn back. She attended the University of Texas at San Antonio for a short stint in 2001 after high school and quickly started to miss the Texas music scene that was catching like wildfire. So, Beverly moved back to San Marcos. When she got back, she went on the road and sang harmony vocals for the Josh Peek Band and the Freddy Scott Band over the next few years. She is currently writing and collaborating with performer and producer Paul Eason for her first and fast approaching album. Bev signed with a local indie label in 2007 and continues to perform all over Texas.
