My name is Julie Hoefer. I was born in jacksonville, NC a military brat. I lived there for three months when i was first born. we moved to CA for 7 years and that is the place i have lived the longest so far in my life. After that we moved to Japan and then back to Nc. When my dad retired we moved to a small town in VA. I currently go to college in Va. I have three older sisters who all live diffrent places, two married into the military life. I have a niece and two nephews by one sister and they are the cutest, i love them to death. Family and friends are the most important things to me, i couldn't survive without either of them.
