About Me

You Can Be My Alphabet And I Will Be Your Calculator.
My name is . I like it how for me, 'me' is a palindrome; think about it. I'm a girl. You'd think that point was pretty meaningless to state, but I mislead doctors with my androgyny. I'm 6 foot tall. I have so many books that I can't count them. I can't do my times tables.
I bat, I bowl and I stop play. I'm right-handed; left-footed. I vote Liberal Democrats. My room is notifiable by books and clothes and jewellery and music. I walk barefoot. I let the breeze pass through my fingertips. I love it when grass strokes against the back of my knees. I love to stand in a field, watch the sun go down and take in a big deep breath, and then run. I enjoy carrying books. I enjoy green tea. I enjoy night-time conversations. I enjoy sharing beds and duvets with friends.
I think nadsat should be a real language. I like picture books of outrageous art and fashion. I enjoy sitting on the floor in Borders et al. I like the corregated card sleeves they give you with your coffee to go. I like the smell of jasmine, green tea, mangoes, cinnamon and vanilla. I like patterns. I like dresses. I like wearing subtle jewellery. I like it when my face tingles. I like Irish rain. I like to draw in condensation. I drop my change to see the excitement of small children when they find two pence.
I like the sound my boots make down corridors. I like pang I get when I think of America. I love the city lights. And I love the smell of the sea. And I love the movement of the trees. I love black and white photographs of my grandparents before the war. I love opportune photos. I love the movements my hands make when I have an A2 piece of paper to draw on.
Right this second I want to run and just keep running. And travel. And move. And explore. And live.

I'd like to meet:

Anglophiles in all their varying degrees of obsession, philosophers and artists, metaphysicians and anthropologists. Or alternatively, someone who'll go for a coffee with me, someone who reads and has good taste in music, someone who understands living, someone who doesn't mind sharing a duvet with me on rainy days. The usual.
