About Me

From 1975 - 1980 we bashed guitars around in bedrooms and Geoff Notkin's garage and then graduated to playing pubs, clubs and a demo studio in Covent Garden run by Martin, "I'm really busy" Lazenby and the finest clerk Barclays ever had, Paul Kendall. After that we mucked about some more, recorded some stuff and turned our collars up against the existentialist wind until it kind of burnt itself out and real life got in the way.The line ups were certainly more interesting than the output.ExExecs: Vox Neil Gaiman, Guitars Dave Hall, Bass Graham K Smith , Drums Geoff NotkinPhasers on Stun: Vox and Bass Graham K Smith, Guitars Dave Hall, Keyboard Anjali Dutt , Drums Geoff NotkinPhasers on Stun 2: Vox and Bass Graham K Smith, Guitars Dave Hall, Keyboard Nick Greenwood, Drums Clif Brigden (aka Dr Bliss), Sax Paul Kendall (aka PK @ Mute Records)Juve: Vox and Bass Dodson Minor, Guitars & samples Dave Hall, Drums Ali LakerSpool forward 25 years and I have an occasional beard. Tragically, in the winter it looks ginger which is a very good incentive to have it sandblasted off. Mick, one of my social misfit worker ants, says my beard makes me look like a german u-boat captain. Other suggestions have been Robin Cook, Kenneth Branagh and Sigurd the Norwegian fisherman.During the summer months, the beard disappears and I am once again the clean shaven fender wielding adonis that I was 25 years ago...not. Now I fiercely interrogate versatile singer songwriters
