I love it all. Some a little more than others, but music is awesome - always something to fit a mood. Admittedly I give in to the mainstream the most, but I like listening to new music and am trying to broaden my CD collection. (No, I do not own an iPod - I actually like owning CDs.)
I LOVE, LOVE the beginning instrumental before the lyrics in "California Girls" by Beach Boys.
Playing in my car: new CDs or 93.1 The Zone (though it's getting annoying because they keep replaying the same songs over and over)
Most recent CD spree: Christina Aguilera, Sheryl Crow, Howie Day, Teddy Geiger, The Goo Goo Dolls, Madonna, New Found Glory, No Doubt, One Tree Hill 2, Gwen Stefani, Styx, KT Tunstall, Walk the Line ... What can I say? I'm taking advantage of the Tower sales.
Even though I was in the movie biz, this is tough. I actually mostly watch the cheesy stuff … over and over and over. Just ask my old roomies. Since the WB is out and the CW is in, there's no more (former) WB shows in Hawaii until CW gets an affiliate here! Hello?!?!?!?! Totally dying here. But MAJOR thank yous to T&J for taping and mailing episodes to me!
Grey's Anatomy; practically any WB (now CW) 1-hour drama (esp. Gilmore Girls, followed by One Tree Hill and Smallville ... the rest are out of loyalty rather than pure interest); OC; Wildfire; ET
Being a working girl limits the TV time, but I still love: Food Network (esp. anything Rachel Ray); TLC - What Not To Wear; Style - Whose Wedding Is It Anyway?; some Travel Channel and E!
And when TV goes down memory lane: Peanuts specials; nostalgic kids shows (Smurfs, Fraggle Rock, Snorks …); anything old school like Saved by the Bell re-runs that play during the middle of the night ...
