Let me began with this your probably on this page cause you are over weight and tried different methods to lose it. But they failed, your sick with some kind of disease or your just concerned with your or someone in your families health.Let me start off with myself. I am 28 years old and recently been diagnosed with high blood pressure. Not to mention my cholesterol was bad and I was obese. I have been heavy almost all my life, when I was 20 years old I started taking diet pill, not to mention, My line of work in construction I needed to be moving all day long. These pills worked for awhile but made me jittery and nervous. At times when they would wear off I could sleep for a whole day. I went trough zenadrine, metabolift, metabalife, nitro pills, yellow jackets, red bulls, monsters,rockstar stacker, multivitamins, one a days and plenty more. All I got out of that was more bad health. When the weekends would hit I was tired, worn out, stressed and in pain. What I did was not easy but my health was at risk. First off I stopped drinking beer and at just that I wasn't as bloated. Second off I stopped eating out period. Restaurants are all in business to make profit. They use the cheapest most unhealthiness products to feed you. It's true! The more you eat out the fatter you will get. The best thing you can eat out is pretty much salad. Last but not least I cut back on all sweets. Chocolate, cupcakes, ice cream, donuts, canned foods, red meat, pork, handburger meat, compressed meat, white rice, bread, heavily salted foods(like sunflower seeds and potato chips). But most importantly soda. The surgar in an actual coke is ridiculous.I know you are thinking what did you eat then? Well not very much actually. I juiced everything. I juiced everything I could afford to get. Even if it took asking some neighbors if I could have fruit from their trees. I juiced for a month and a half ate nothing but salads with cut up onion and garlic. Very little boiled chicken, fish, oatmeal, raw vegetables, and organic nuts. I lost almost 60 pounds in 2 month and felt great about my self. All natural is the only way to a long healthy life. The fountain of youth does exist. Its what you put in and on your body. Its bad enough we have to live with pollution in the air. To be adding more and more chemicals to our bodies increases more of a chance for diseases and fast aging. I mean, don't get me wrong, I still eat what I am not suppose to now and then we are not perfect. But don't eat yourself to death. Teach yourself control, to know when enough is enough. Don't be tricked with tasty extra sweet foods and snacks that they offer in store and restaurants. READ YOUR INGREDIENTS for all packaging boxes and bags that food come in. If you see more than 5 ingredients you can't read or understand Don't even think of buying it! Stay away from Tortillas unless whole wheat and nothing else. The way they make flour today should not even be eaten. Your body has a hard time digesting man made flour. That is only a little part why we are over weight. Chemicals in the food make you more hungry. False advertisement of diet foods and drinks with even more chemicals than regular foods.We as people need to pay attention to what we eat, drink and put in on are bodies appose to, WHY AM I FEELING SLUGGISH, FAT, SLEEPY, OR PLAIN AND SIMPLY NOT RIGHT. I read Kevin Trudeau's Book and he explains it the best "ANIMALS IN THE WILD DON'T GET SICK" ANIMALS IN THE WILD DON'T GET FAT" ANIMALS IN THE WILD LIVE 10 TIMES LONGER THAN HUMAN BEINGS". But also animals in wild don't have sugery, man made chemicals.In conclusion of my story losing weight is within yourself. Understand the reasons why people are obese and unhealthy Below I will have a chart of fruits vegtables and herbs to show what they can do for you and your organs. This not a short period diet. Its a long term solution for staying thin and healthy.
