Hannah has worked with the likes of Ray Charles, Chris De Burgh, OrchestralManoeuvres In the Dark ("Walking On The Milky Way") and Right Said Fred performing on their albums; a British Number One single (Comic Relief) and threeTop Twenty hits in both the UK and across Europe.
She has also duetted with a myriad of different people including DaveGilmour and Ronan Keating at their personal invitation. The latter being a rendition of The Pogues classic "Fairytale In New York" in front of a private audience which included both Mr Ronnie Wood, Slash, Julia Roberts and John Hurt.
More recently she has begun performing her own material both solo and with her band; so successfully she is being repeatedly asked back to play incredibly well respected London venues such as The Troubadour, The Regal Rooms, The Piano Lounge Soho, The High Barn, The Half Moon and more. Along with invitations to do radio performances playing live to audiences across London and the South East of England. When not playing solo Hannah has a line-up known to sometimes include the brilliant Mr Micky Moody on drums (The Herbaliser) as well as some other very well respected faces besides. A melting pot of some class act musicians who believe in what Hannah is doing and her own unique talent...come down and check her out!
..
Hannah Clive and the band are pleased to announce that her Myspace page is now happy to accept friend requests from genuine fans so please feel free to send us a request. That way you can receive personal updates from her and invitations to private gigs. We want you!!

A Bit Of Background:
Hannah Clive was raised in a family environment that centered on the Entertainment Industry - her father is a bestselling author/TV and Film actor and her mother worked for BBC Television.
So Hannah knew from an early age the routine and hard work required to succeed in the performing Arts and set off on her own into the Music Business to do just that.
As a child she was classicallytrained both on the piano and the flute, playing recitals and also doing various bits of dramatic work; including when sheauditioned for and got a part in Andrew Lloyd Webber's "Evita" which ran in London's Theatre District, The West End. She didthe show for two years alongside her schoolwork.
Amongst her contemporaries she was the youngest ever recipient for the prestigious "Speech andDrama Award - Grade 5" from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.
From the tender age of just fifteen on, Hannah began the serious business of getting into the Music industry both recordingand singing professionally as well as singing live.
She has played at all sorts of noteworthy venues including the 606, Chelsea in 2006 alongside Mr Ronnie Wood , The Borderline, Ronnie Scotts etc.
Hannah has accompanied tours both in the States (Roger Daltrey Sings The Music of Pete Townshend at just 21) and tours in England (Jools Holland, Alison Moyet etc).
She was also in the band Animal Soup with Simon Townsend and Zak Starkey
At seventeen she played at Johnny Dankworth and Cleo Laine's The Stables, Wavendon performing her own material at Jim Marshalls Birthday Bash
She's even played in a war zone: "...Well no-one else would go..it's alright we had a body-guard and hewas the local national Middleweight Boxing Champion!..".
Hannah had travelled first to Belgrade then on to Montenegro in the former Yugoslavia to perform at a benefit concert in aidof Yugoslav children that were victims of war. Despite the certainty that the show would be played at an outdoor arena in themiddle of a war zone, the band played on to an ecstatic crowd of nearly 10,000 and the concert was simulcast to a radioaudience spanning both Western and Eastern Europe.
Hannah has been busily working away on her own material which she is about to unveil on what will be her first albumproper. Something her live fans have been asking for for a long time.
She has worked on it with a number of classic old skoolers who put in an appearance, as well as some exciting and gifted young musicians guesting too. Watch this space...!
The album is shaping up to be a uniqueblend of pop and rock with the aid of guitar, classic songwriting and strong, soulful vocals that are sure to please.Watch this space for more details.
Armed with a fresh new sound, a new approachand of course, the new lineup, Hannah is nowunveilling her new material. Up until now....she's just been getting warmed up.
Hannah is gigging with her new band at venues across London and is causing quite a stir...keep an eye out on her Myspace page for gig listings.

A supreme talent on drums.JOHN THE BASS: him da man - bass players like this are hard to find.GUITARISTS: ranging from the legendary Gus Isidore (co-writer for Seal, guitarist for Gabriel to name but a few) to other up and coming talents such as Fuzzy Brown, MR SNOZZWELL (Beautiful Losers) and also there are Hannah's other familiar face associates who do have a habit of popping down to play...

I think that "The Man Who Would Be King" is a terrific movie as are any films with my dad in them (well why not say it?...he's my dad and I'm proud of 'im).

My favourite book is "Bouncing Back" by Mr Alan Partridge... thank you for the inspiration Sir.

I love to read "Blackberry Wine" by Joanne Harris....plus ANYTHING pertaining to Egyptology.
