About Me
His real name is Santi Serrate and He was born in Terrassa ( an industrial city very near to Barcelona ) in 1979. Santi Serrate is a young dj and producer that contacts with the world of dj and at night in 1993. The same year decides to buy his first equipment and his first vinyls without doubting it. Year 1995 arrives, after buying his first vinyl of Jeff Mills, he contacted with electronic music. As of that moment, and in spite of his precarious economic situation due to his youth, his money goes destined to buy vinyls of different styles of electronic music. A time later, techno already comprises his life and the electronic music in general is his devotion. His sessions are based on techno and hard-techno, style that will maintain during several years.
In 2000, his desire to experiment with new sounds take him to approach styles like the minimal and electro, very moved away of the forceful techno that during several years has accompanied him. Finally, his suitcases drain again, to open the way to these new sounds that accompany him until today. The same year and together with his best friend Deck Larsson (Roger Salmerón ). They decide to create the group Orange Noise to present his form to understand electronic music. Through this group Santi has expressed his philosophy with residences in several clubs, where also he has been in charge of the programming, to organize several events with more or less fortune, to participate in big events
