Anything scary (well, almost anything - some scary movies can be really bad). Chick flicks. No (monochrome) science fiction! Why does everything in the future have to be gray or brown? Aren't we supposed to have more technology in the future? What, do we lose the ability to dye clothes?
Television:
Prison Break, Amazing Race, Survivor night with the family, Law & Order (all of them), CSI, Las Vegas, Flip that House (interesting to get ideas for mine), Dallas Swat, Laguna Beach (secret!).
Books:
Books on Tape: I'm addicted. Mostly James Patterson, Dean Koontz. It helps with road rage. Sometimes I don't even remember driving home from work...
