At age 11,he moved to Jersey City and grew up hustling like everyone else to survive. Taking trips to Harlem with his crew, rocking the illest Sony boombox and newest mixtape out back then, he started recording sessions with his team called H.A.I., out of his fams home studio on 118th street. They immediately landed a spot on 105.9, made possible by his friend Amir, where they gathered all the hottest MCs in the New Jersey & New York area to showcase their music. Shortly after, Steve Thunder and his peoples formed a street team under RZA’s record label Razor Sharp and appeared in various music videos and films through networking. His influences shoot long range from all genres of music which helps him to expand his thought process when making beats and rhyming. Like a DJ to a MC, Steve also mix and produce visual concepts to compliment his music and independent films.
