Well, the story of the birth of RAW D.O.C Entertainment is pretty simple and basic, but there is definitely a message behind it.It all started about 10 years ago, 2 friends would have on going bets about an artists talents and their ability to bring hit after hit. One of the friends had a gift for picking out the rawest talent and could see talent that was hidden beneath. That friend became the Founder and CEO of RAW D.O.C. Entertainment.As a correctional officer, Baker saw a lot of untapped talent behind bars. Young brothers in desperate need of a positive outlet to house all that negative energy they were holding on to. Some might argue that the best music is created when the artist has gone through trials and tribulations. It makes their music more believable, it gives the audience something to relate to. Baker could spot talent whether on the inside of the jails or sitting on the stoop of the old neighborhood. He used his gift for spotting potential talent as a forum to offer these guys an outlet to let their voices be heard. From this, Division of Corruption was born.Music has always been a big part of RAW D.O.C Entertainment CEO, Stacy Bakers life.
