FIERCE EMBRACE (on iTunes)

.. No one expected this ambitious quartet to ever branch out of their hometown and do something real with their music, something that matters. But in just under two years, this band has recorded a well-received demo and an even more acclaimed EP, "Human Vanity," which was unofficially released in October of 2007. In early 2006, after only three months of rehearsal, Fierce Embrace started booking gigs and playing the most respected venues in their region. They quickly gained a following along with respect from other area bands and promoters. Impressed with the band's musical growth over the course of a year, Tuf-Gi Productions named Fierce Embrace their "Artist of the Month" for October 2007 The band has also received local radio play, positive reviews at sites like garageband.com, and recently received a write-up in the Knoxville News Sentinel's Entertainment section. With the new year already begun, Fierce Embrace is taking steps to branch out regionally and nationally, with the hopes of filling as many cities and venues as possible with their infectious rock sound.
