About Me

I was born in Fort Worth, Texas in 1951. I graduated from High School in 1969. I spent a large portion of my young life in the Air Force. I was a Law Enforcement Specialist. Yeah that means cop. During the 60's I played bass and drums in several rock bands. Everyone did. I did a short stint as bass player for the legendary Robert Ealey, the bluesman. I played the Pink Flamingo, Charley's Jade Room and the old Bluebird Cafe and Mable's Eats. My old man hated country music but loved big band. He played his records around the house all the time. I had to sneak out of the house to listen to the Grand Old Opry on a friend's radio. I have played in country bands, rock bands, bosa nova bands, celtic bands and am now doing a folk/Blues music single act. I have recorded 5 CDs. Two in Eagle Audio studio and three are hand made at home. Fourare folk/celtic and one is old Blues. The legendary Jimmy Rose sits in on harmonica. I am the only vice president ever elected by the San Angelo Blues Society. I'm married to the most wonderful girl in the world and have two grown sons. I now live in Lubbock, Texas where my wife teaches at Texas Tech University. Masthead Banner Made with MyBannerMaker.com! Click here to make your own! I
