Massage Therapy has been around as long as we have. People respond to touching where it hurts. This is a natural response, making touch a necessary part of our existence.
BENEFIT OF MASSAGE:
Therapeutic Massage reduces pain, inflammation, scar tissue and muscle spasms that can interfere with range of motion and joint flexibility. The nerves can be affected by muscle tension causing nerve impingement restricting proper function to the organs and tissues they assist, leading to the possibility of pain and poor circulation. Massage also works to promote faster healing of musculoskeletal system by improving circulation and movement of lymph fluids that strengthen the Immune System.
