About DR FLOW (THE OFFICIAL) PAGE~ LINDA~ Ezequiel Rodriguez A.K.A "Flow Kid" was born in the Dominican Republic on October 14, 1984. He grew up with a passion for music at a very young age. At the age of 14, he started to look at music in a totally different light, not as a hobby,but as his goal in life. As soon as he came into the U.S., he saw this country as a path towards accomplishing his ultimate goal of entertaining the public through music. He started to build certain relationships with people in the industry, which later fueled his hunger to write lyrics over hip hop instrumentals. This was the initial stepping stone in what is now known as D.R-FLOW, a group composed of Jose (Sony Jota), Oscar(OD Masterflow), Nathaniel(Naki Killa), Manny(M.SOSA), and Ezequiel himself as Flow Kid. Once the group was assembled, they met up with super producer Ricky Cash, and ever since then Ezequiel and D.R-Flow have never looked back. Two years have passed since the group has been assembled, and a lot has happened in the lives of these artist, from making an appearance in the Dominican Festival to performing in some of NY's hottest latin clubs. Slowly but surely, the goal of this young man is not far from his reach. The acceptance of the group have overcome the barrier of language,as the group is supported not only by the Latino community, but also people of other cultures and backgrounds. This is something that he could've never imagined would happen to him and the group. Ezequiel is a bright young talent with a burning passion to make a difference in this fast paced industry, and judging by the reaction to the group, he's not far away from reaching the goal he set out to achieve.
