Love playing the guitar, particularly acoustic although I own an electric as well. Also love sport although that's taken a backseat since being at uni surprisingly. Enjoy surfing, football, hockey, golf and squash. Hope to take my judo up again soon. Also really enjoy reading and generally chilling.
Music:
Enjoy almost all genres of music although my favourite is actually country. Also enjoy folk music, chillout, jazz, dance, pop and RnB. I like Keith Urban, Alison Krauss, Kelly Clarkson, Sarah McLachlan, Lene Marlin, Howie Day, Jewel, Cara Dillon etc at the moment plus loads of other stuff.
Movies:
Favourite film at the moment is Crash. Again I like loads of films dependent on my mood. Love scary films but I'm such a wimp. Won't hide behind a pillow but I'll jump at the smallest thing - at least it provides the laughter for those around. Also love girlie chick flicks, romantic comedies, action etc.
Television:
GREEN WING!! Never fails to make me laugh out loud! Also like Commander in Chief, Desperate Housewives and CSI etc. Not really into the whole soap thing but being a student, Neighbours and Home and Away will be watched.
Books:
Crime/Murder is my favourite genre. Like the Patricia Cornwell series although her first books are much better than her last few. Political thrillers are quite good as well. Really enjoyed Memoirs of a Geisha. Enjoy reading anything really although girly romance novels wouldn't be chosen unless on recommendation.
Also love the fantasy books, such as Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit. So far, refused to read Harry Potter, and only watched the films because I was forced to. Never know, I may succumb one day to reading them - probably when I'm really bored.
Currently reading A Time to Kill by John Grisham.
Heroes:
My Sister. My Dad. My Brothers. Irritating in their own unique ways and yet lovable for the same reasons.
My friends. All of them have made an impact in my life one way or another (possibly without realising) and without them life would be dull.
