So you wanna know a lil' about me, huh??? Well, lets see...I spent 4 years Active Duty in the Air Force, stationed at Little Rock, AR where all my VERY DEAR friends still reside. LOWERED INTENTIONS FOR LIFE!!! While I wasn't too thrilled about being full-time military, I went to places and saw things you could not even imagine in your wildest dreams. Some things were great and will stick in my mind forever....some things were horrendous and will stick in my mind forever. I've lost some very dear friends of mine to the War in Iraq. They left on the plane, sitting in their seats...they came home on the plane, lying in their coffins. Now that I am off Active Duty, I am serving in the Texas Air National Guard as a Flight Medic for some pretty awesome F-16 pilots. I sewed on Staff Sergeant in February of this year. (Scary....I know!) Haha! I am leaving for the desert in April '07 with my unit. Hopefully this one is a short rotation. Not looking forward to it, but not fearing it either. I have just finished my degree in Mental Health and I'm working until I deploy in April. I can't start another semester of school because of the TDY, but I plan on gearing back up when I come home. Earlier this year, I spent almost a month in Europe with my best friend who is stationed over in England now. We had SO much fun! Think about it....going to Europe...with your best friend...for a month! It was awesome! I miss her every day. I LOVE YOU, PAULINE! So that's about all for now. I love my family. I love my friends. I love my life. REMEMBER...EVERYTHING IS OKAY IN THE END. IF IT'S NOT OKAY...THEN IT'S NOT THE END!!! !
