About the Artist: Tim is the owner and artist of Glass Gods Glass Blowing Studio in Spokane Valley, Washington. He began glass blowing in 1997 as a full-time career and didn't stop there! His art is featured in magazines, on television, and in newspapers around the region. He was in the Flow Magazine (Volume 3, Issue 1, page 12), featured twice on KXLY Channel 4 News station in Spokane, Washington, and he is recognized in the Northwest for providing glass of quality, excellence, and value.
Artistic interpretation is a talent. Like all artwork, each piece of Tim’s glass possesses elements that make it unique and different from the rest. No two items are exactly alike. There are not flaws in art, just characteristics to appreciate. His artwork reflects his own style: creativity, thoughtfulness, and modesty. His work is full of care, precision, and is distinct from the rest.
About the name: No, we’re not claiming to be God! We know we are not! We don’t want to offend anyone either so allow me to explain the name. Here’s how I heard it: A friend asked how to melt glass and Tim’s reply was frank: a lot of heat or you have to be God. His friend remarked that he then, was like a God - a glass god! The nickname stuck and when he was still blowing glass out of his garage and decided to get a business license, that was the name on the ticket.
Thank you. Great Products. Low Prices. All you want from your glass. Glass Art is a luxury you can afford at Glass Gods.
